We install all of our products to exceed engineering standards which allows us to offer industry leading written warranties on all hardscaping and concrete products that we sell. We do it all; front basic side walks and front porches, foundations, driveways, decorative concrete which includes stamps, stains, and sealing services.

We pour all of our concrete over a pea gravel gravel base. This helps to reduce the natural cracking that will occur in our climate.
-From driveways to building floors and everything in between, we do it all the right way from the start.
Stamped, Colored, Or Exposed Aggerate
No matter what look you're trying to achieve; we are able to deliver. We specilize in dyed stamped concrete pours. We have access to just about any stamp or patten you're looking for. Finishing the Installation
After the concrete has been poured, Scritchlow Landscping & Hydroseeding only uses the industries best sealers to protect your investment.
During the install process you can actualy see the difference. The benefits don't come until down the road, as your project still looks as good as the day it was built.
Industry Leading 1 Year Concrete Worksmanship Warranty
Concrete (1 year): Concrete work, by nature is an inexact science. Some minor cracking will occur. Scritchlow Enterprises warrants that we will install control joints and/or other reinforcement as we deem necessary in order to prevent abnormal cracking from occurring. However, customer realizes that some minor cracking will occur and is acceptable. Some surface pitting and or popping can and will occur. Customer understands that certain annual maintenance needs to be done to concrete surfaces in order to keep them in good condition. They should be cleaned and sealed yearly. Product failure due to improper maintenance is not covered under warranty. All concrete must be sealed by Scritchlow Enterprises to be covered by any warranty.
1.) Concrete workmanship is warrantied for one year for any major sinking and/or cracks bigger than 1 inch.
2.) Deterioration of concrete caused by using salt or other de-icing chemicals causes the concrete to peel and will not be covered under the warranty.
3.) Snow removal by heavy machinery will be at the owners risk and void warranty.
4.) Commercial vehicle traffic will void warranty.
5.) Color variations may occur either lighter or darker than they appear on the charts.
6.) Scritchlow Enterprises is not responsible for any settlements in concrete due to underground utilities and non-compacted soil.
7) If customer decides not to follow Scritchlow Enterprises reinforcement recommendations no warranty will apply.
