Commercial Building With 4 Acre Site Development

Here is a 60′ by 120′ by 16′ tall commercial building that we are currently working on. It will have 8 overheads and 3 bathrooms. It will be heated by radiant floor heating placed in a 6″ reinforced floor and have perma-column posts set in concrete.

Custom 3 Car Garage With Patio and Pergola

3 car detached garage with 8″ poured foundation walls. Hip roof with 2′ bell overhang. Stained cedar lap siding and concrete floor. Custom cedar pergola with Rockwood stone pillars. Patio Pave Lock Madura pavers with clay paver borders.

Basement Remodel

Here is a simple basement remodel. We leveled the floors and installed tile. Moved a wall and placed a new beam to allow for the wall to be moved. All baseboard trim is vinyl so as not to mold if water gets into the basement. Wet bar with sink, kegerator, and mini-fridge area.

Front Entry Landscaping

We removed 55 tons of boulders and reworked the front of this property to give it some major curb appeal.
